Incoming silver alloy is XRF-tested for 92.5% purity before casting. Each batch is logged.

In-production
Casters and polishers inspect dimensions, stone security and finish at the workbench.

Plating & Polish
Rhodium thickness and surface shine measured. Salt-spray tarnish tests run on samples.

Final Pack-out
100% visual inspection under magnification, anti-tarnish bagging and carton packing.
